How far in advance should we book?
Most clients book 4–8 months in advance, especially for Saturdays during peak wedding season and holiday corporate events. We do occasionally have last‑minute openings submit your date and we’ll confirm availability within one business day.
What do you need from our venue?
We typically require a 10'x10' footprint, one standard power outlet, and access for load‑in via elevator or ramp. Before your event we’ll coordinate directly with your planner or venue contact to confirm all logistics.
Can you match our wedding or brand aesthetic?
Yes. We can color‑match your palette, integrate your monogram or logo, and curate backdrops and props that feel intentional not cheesy. For brand activations, we can also design fully custom wraps and sets.
Do guests get prints and digital copies?
All packages include unlimited sessions and digital delivery to your guests, prints come with our signature DSLR booth package. You’ll also receive an online gallery to download everything after the event.
Are you insured?
Absolutely. We carry full liability insurance and can provide COI documentation to your venue upon request.
